Becky joined our team in 2010 as a full-time member of our Operations department, helping provide exceptional quality service to our clients. 

In 2018, she began dividing her time—spending mornings here with us, and afternoons looking after her young daughter.

Becky spent her years as an undergrad at Northern Arizona University split between two majors: Computer Science and English language.  Ultimately, her love of spoken languages won out over computer programming languages, and she completed her degree in English with a minor in Japanese.  She also became licensed to teach secondary-level English, with special accreditation to teach English-language learners in an immersion environment.

With her English teacher and computer geek split-personality, Becky enjoys standing in as both copy editor and in-house tech support for the office.

In her free time, Becky likes tinkering with electronics—she is a licensed ham radio operator, and she enjoys building computers for gaming.  Her idea of a perfect afternoon, though, is listening to an audiobook while tending to her vegetable garden.  Becky also loves supporting the arts in Portland, especially theatre and opera!
